● Fire boxes

Performances of 500 to 15,000 kW; for burning bark, waste wood cuttings and other biomasses (e.g. corn ears, etc.). Fire boxes are supplied as complete systems. Deliveries of individual components are also possible on customer request, e.g. stepped feed grates.

● Belt dryers

... For drying sawdust, cereals and biomasses; drying surfaces of up to 120 m², drying performances of up to 7,000 kW and 10.0 t/h. Belt dryers are usually employed in pellet production and agriculture.

● Condensation pre-heaters / economisers

Condensation throughputs of up to 10 t/h, operating pressures of up to 35 bar overpressure, operating temperatures of up to 240 °C. These are employed in the construction of steam boilers and power plants and are usually used for recovering heat from flue gas. Economisers are able to generate condensation for hot or warm water or steam processes.

● Air pre-heaters for flue gas / fresh air

Performances of up to 1,500 kW, air temperatures of up to 150°C. Air pre-heaters are usually employed to recover heat from flue gas. The fresh air thus pre-heated may be admitted to the burning process or used for heating.

● Steam superheaters

Steam throughputs of up to 10 t/h, operating pressures of up to 35 bar overpressure, super-heated temperatures of up to 500°C. Steam superheaters are employed to produce very high temperatures for downstream processes and are therefore used mainly in the construction of power plants.

● Condensation containers

Contents of up to 50,000 litres, operating pressures of up to 10 bar overpressure, operating temperatures of up to 180°C. Condensation containers are employed mainly in the construction of power plants and in processes using steam.

● Condensation degasser

Degassing performances / condensation throughputs of up to 20 t/h. These degassers are made from stainless steel and are employed in the thermal degassing of condensation.

● Buffer storage tanks – hot-water containers

Contents of up to 100,000 litres, operating pressures of up to 16 bar overpressure, operating temperatures of up to 200°C. Buffer storage tanks are for "storing" hot water and "absorb" the heating energy production peaks in heat-generation plants. Buffer storage tanks allow smaller boiler systems to be built which helps improve plant efficiencies considerably.

● Condensation cooling container

Condensation throughputs of up to 3 t/h; also in high-grade steel on request. Stainless-steel containers are usually used in the construction of power plants. They are also used for recovering condensation in modern steam plants.

● Condensers and heat exchangers

Performances of up to 20,000 kW. Condensers are manufactured for industrial and power plant applications and are usually installed in turbo-generator plants. Heat exchangers may be used for steam, hot water and thermal oil.

● Multi-cyclone flue gas dedusters

Flue gas throughputs of up to 70,000 m³/h. These are used for separating dust from flue gas. Depending on the dust fractions that need to be dealt with, multi-cyclones may achieve separation efficiencies of up to 80%.

● Fabric filters

´Flue gas throughputs of up to 70,000 m³/h. Fabric filters are able to separate finest dust particles from flue gas and are employed in response to the highest of emission demands.

● Electric filters

Flue gas throughputs of up to 70,000 m³/h. Electric filters are usually employed to separate dust during the burning of waste wood. They are low-cost and low-maintenance.

● Fuel discharge systems

Hydraulic push floors for discharging wood chips and other biogenic fuels. Our "standard push rods" are up to 12 metres long. Other lengths to suit customer requirements may also be supplied. The push rods may be up to two metres wide for fuel pile heights of four metres and three metres wide for fuel pile heights of three metres. We are always happy to quote special types in response to requirements.

● Ash-removal systems

...for removing ash from heater boilers. We are able to supply ash-removal systems with hydraulic drives and screw conveyors. Chain trough conveyors may also be supplied on inquiry.
