Hot water & steam boilers
All industrial and commercial facilities require a secure and economical energy supply. We plan and build turnkey energy supply centers for different applications and processes. In addition to hot water systems up to 100 °C, hot water systems up to 220 °C and process steam systems up to 35 bar and 500 °C are used. Thanks to their modular design, our process steam systems can optionally be designed with an in-house power generation module or as full-fledged combined heat and power systems with electricity feed into the grid.

We plan and build modern and reliable hot water boiler systems for industrial and commercial businesses. At the start of the project, our experienced engineering team creates energy studies, thermal concepts and consumer analyses in order to develop the ideal energy supply solution for each consumer structure. As a general contractor, we can manage all project areas, from the construction of the heating center to the district heating network to the heat connection of the end users.

ICS steam boiler systems
The use of biomass as a replacement for fossil energy sources is playing an increasing role in supplying production processes that require process steam. Together with our customers, we develop tailor-made energy concepts and solutions to safely reduce energy supply costs in the long term. As a plant construction company, we build complete steam energy centers and distribution systems and are therefore a flexible partner in all energy supply issues.

Applications
Each system is designed specifically to meet the requirements of the respective energy consumer. Thanks to the modular structure and flexible controllability of our systems, even difficult production processes can be optimally supplied. In addition to the boiler system, we also plan and build the associated piping systems, district heating networks and ancillary installations in order to ultimately be able to put a turnkey energy center with optimal energy distribution into operation.
