The ICS HotAir technology
Our hot air generator systems are manufactured to supply energy to industrial and agricultural drying systems. By using regionally available biomass instead of fossil fuels, drying costs can be significantly reduced. Flexible technology and many years of experience in the design of hot air systems allow the combination with almost all common dryer models.

Proven system technology
The hot air generators and energy supply systems we have built have been successfully supplying energy for over 30 years and confirm the quality of our services. The ICS HotAir process combines proven combustion systems with modern and sophisticated hot air technology to ensure our customers the best possible flexibility and operational safety.
The fuel is fed to a highly efficient and very flexible stair grate combustion system via robust discharge systems. The hot gases created during the combustion process are transferred to a hot air heat exchanger in a controlled manner, in which the energy is transferred to the fresh air. Due to the spatial separation of the flue gases and the fresh air, indirect air heating is achieved and thus pollutant-free hot air is generated.

Applications for drying systems
Flexible technology - many possible uses
The systems with ICS HotAir technology are manufactured with a thermal output of up to 15.000 kWth and can provide hot air volumes of up to 1.000.000 m³/h and temperatures of up to 700 °C for all drying applications. The robust design allows the use of a wide range of different fuels.
Our hot air systems are used throughout Europe in conjunction with various drying systems. The systems are always tailored precisely to the requirements of the respective drying system. The flexible design makes it possible to combine almost any drying system with our biomass systems.
